Gillespie and Co., Inc. worked with Trammell Crow Residential to option a 30-acre site in Concord, MA and to take it through a complex permitting process. The project was initially capped by the Massachusetts law under which it was permitted at 250 units, but with the unanimous support of the Concord Board of Selectmen, the project was allowed to proceed with 350 units. Subsequently, all town boards voted unanimously in favor of the project. There were no appeals.
The grand opening of the $75 million project was held in July, 2012.
