Gillespie and Co., Inc., in partnership with Old Stone Development Corporation of Rhode Island, purchased a 91-acre hillside site in Littleton, MA. Located at the junction of Routes 119 and 495, GCI master-planned and permitted the site for a six-building campus totaling 640,000 square feet.

GCI sold the permitted site to world-renowned Hines Interests of Houston, Texas.
