Gillespie and Co., Inc. (GCI) is a real estate development and consulting firm based in Concord, MA. Since its founding, the firm has partnered with a wide range of notable investment firms and real estate companies. GCI has developed or redeveloped more than a million and a half square feet of office space for local and national tenants in the technology, technology hardware, and consumer goods sectors. PRINCIPAL

Prior to incorporating Gillespie and Co., Inc., Ian Gillespie was an officer of a leading Boston commercial real estate consulting, brokerage, and management firm, where he was responsible for its downtown Boston division.

A native of Charleston, SC, Ian was educated at St. Paul’s School and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

He is the former president of the Concord (MA) Business Partnership, and served probono for seven years on the Concord School Building Committee. The Committee oversaw the design of four public schools, and the construction of two new elementary schools.
