Ad Meliora LLC and GCI acquired this site, which was already permitted by a local developer for a three-story building with 14 units. The site abuts 654 Main Street, which the partnership also purchased. Working with architect Harrison Mulhern and the sales team, the interior design was recast as 11 larger units, while the rentable area was kept the same.
